The heart is one of those faculties that doesn't forget. Since we are all more or less affected by this disease, we must work together to slow its progression.
By joining forces with the Alzheimer Society, I hope to remind people of the importance of research and support, which people with Alzheimer's and their loved ones so tremendously need.
It is our duty to preserve the ability to remember in those people whose memory is failing them, because behind each gaze remains a being with history, emotions and an infinitely rich life.
Together we can support loved ones and people with Alzheimer's and we can ensure that they benefit from the best possible services.
Above all, we must fight against forgetfulness.
No society is rich enough to allow itself to lose but a single memory.
