Your Alzheimer society is looking for volunteers to help organize the event. You are available to help before the Walk, or you would like to be a part of the volunteers team on the day of the Walk, register, and we will contact you.

Departure at the Parc Centre-ville, Principale Street (next to the municipal library) 8:30 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.: Welcome and registration 9:45 a.m.: Welcoming speech 10:00 a.m.: Safety precautions and warm-ups 10:15 a.m.: Departure 11:00 to 11:30 a.m.: Welcoming the walkers 11:30 a.m.: Snack 12:30 p.m.: Expression of thanks

The Granby and REGIONS Alzheimer Society, established in 1990, helps people affected by Alzheimer's disease as well as their families by providing programs and necessary resources (support, relief care, home-care, day centre and training) or by referring to existing resources. Its mission is also to inform the population and raise awareness. It offers programs and services that are customized according to a person's individual needs and according to his/her ability to benefit from these services.
